We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment times. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24/7 at premium rates.
You must ensure that our engineers have safe and reasonable access to all areas where work is to be performed. This includes providing access to electrical supplies, water supplies, and adequate working space.

Late payment charges may apply at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all installation work and a 90-day warranty on repair work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties, which we will help you claim if needed. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims as an authorized dealer.
